The Guaranteed Way to Stop Smoking
Rating:

This program is recommended over the fourth place holder, even though they are both information only products, simply because of price. Although we said before that price should be the least of your considerations as all of these programs are infinitely cheaper than smoking, when comparing two nearly identical programs, it does come into play. And this one is much cheaper than Quit Smoking Right Now.
Based on the findings of Dr. Graham Scott, the Guaranteed Way, as with others, provides informational booklets loaded with information as to why we smoke and what we can do to break the habit. The program comes with a workbook and diary for you to analyze your own smoking habits and keep track of how they are controlling you.
The Guaranteed Way is a four week program in which you keep records of where and why you smoke, while educating yourself why you shouldn’t and how to effectively quit. By using visualizations and affirmations it tackles not just your intellectual knowledge of the facts, but also the subconscious programming that keeps you addicted.
This is an excellent program that works. If you don’t feel the need for Lobelia supplements to assist you (such as are provided with other programs) then we highly recommend this system.
Pros:
-
Program is information based
-
Developed by a doctor of psychiatry
-
100% Money back guarantee
-
Reasonable shipping or no shipping fees if choosing the e-version
Cons:
-
Doesn’t come with any type of cessation aid/supplements
-
No support system

This sounds like a good program. As it doesn’t just address the nicotine addiction and focus attention on the subconscious connection.
I quit smoking about five years ago for good. After ten years of attempts I finally focused on the psychological reasons I was smoking. I had put cigarettes down a few times within the ten years, sometimes for as long as a year, but something triggered me to start again. Since I focused on the psychology, I have not returned.
Thanks for your comments and insight.
