The founders of End the Habit have developed their program around what we feel are the two best methods of quitting smoking - education and herbal supplements. Even their website is jam-packed with information to browse, unlike many others out there in cyberspace who give you just enough to get you to order their product.

We also like the fact that they don’t mince words when it comes to quitting. You either want to quit or you don’t! They don’t make allowances for failure - either by them or you. It’s about time someone took this position! Definitely the attitude you want when quitting as well. They want you to say, ‘I am going to quit this time, no matter what!!!’

The End the Habit program includes an informational CD, a manual to guide you up to and through the first four weeks of quitting and enough herbal supplements to last you for two full months. Long enough for anybody to beat this habit, that’s for sure.

They also provide a help desk for their members so they can seek advice and support.  If you really want to quit smoking this is the way to go. Your really can do it easily, without withdrawals, cravings or weight gain.

    Hi,

I just wanted to drop you a quick line to let you know that I took your advice in another comment and tested out the customer support before buying one of your recommended products.

It is because of the fantastic response I received from End the Habit that I decided to order. Not only was their customer support incredible, but the program did exactly what it says it does. If you want a no nonsense way to quit smoking, this is it.

So let me jump on board by saying you have it right by giving this product a 5 star rating. I sure did.

Thanks for helping me break free!

    Sincerely,
    Lisa

      Hi Lisa,

Thanks for your comments. We have heard nothing but good about this one. And thank you for agreeing with the recommendation.

Hello, I have found your site very helpful so far, so thank you.

I am leaning toward this program over Smoke Deter because of the support provided and I feel it is more of an aid that helps YOU quit, not does the quitting for you (seems more sustainable). I have a question though. I have some history with depression. I was initially (before I found your site) thinking about Chantix, but immediately put that thought out of my head because of the dopamine changes and problems that can result in people with history of depression (recurrence of depressive symptoms, suicidal thoughts, etc.). Are there any risks in that respect with this program or with Smoke Deter??

Thanks for your help, it’s very much appreciated. I have some history with addiction, so I know how difficult it is to quit. I picked up cigarettes in AA as sort of a replacement for alcohol and other substances, and in my experience with trying to quit smoking (only cold-turkey, hence why I am seeking some aid now) it is far more difficult than quitting drinking.

      Hi Josh,

You know what you are looking for. Good for you! As to your question, there are no risks with this product whatsoever as there are no pharmaceutical ingredients involved. And you are right, it is the support that makes all the difference.

      All the best to you.
      Chris

I just bought a months supply of Smoke Deter based upon your reviews. I am so happy to have finally done something about my habit! I cant wait to watch my endurance soar, start running, and not feel on the verge of death after a soccer game. I will let ya’ll know how everthing turns out, but I feel really, really positive about this. Thank you Chris and all for everthing you have done, are doing, and will continue to do!
    Sincerely
    Bill

      Hey Bill,

Good on you. You are right. Just making the decision and acting on it is a large part of the battle.

We are all wishing you the best.

im thinking about quitting next year, do you recommend smoke deter and end the habit for the beat results. or is one better than the other.

    • admin says:

      Hi Pablo,

I recommend them equally. Smoke Deter relies more on the supplements whereas End the Habit is a complete program that addresses both the mental and physical aspects of quitting alongside the supplements. End the Habit is more ‘complete’ and Smoke Deter is ‘easy’.

Why wait until next year to quit? Why not save your money and your health now?

      Quit sooner than later.

      Chris

I have looked at both websites for the top 2 that you recommend. I am leaning towards the “End the Habit” mostly because it says that it will help with no weight gain. But when I went to the website I didn’t see where it ever discussed how it helps with no weight gain after I quit. I have “quit” before and gained 20 pounds…started back and lost about 15 of that. One of the main “dumb excuses” that I haven’t quit yet it because I don’t want to gain weight. Do you know if this product helps with that in their support program?
    thanks!
    Anna

    • admin says:

      Hi Anna,

Because their program deals with psychological triggers and dealing with quitting at the mental level, you will not be looking to ‘replace’ your smoking with anything. You will just not need to smoke any longer.

Hope that makes sense and gives you the confidence you need. Don’t put off your goal any longer out of fear!

      Chris

Has anyone taken both products, Smoke Deter and End the Habit at the same time? The idea of having something to spray in my mouth is appealling because it might help with not having that cigarette in my mouth.
I think your site is great.
    Thank you
